30-day fit guarantee

If the pod doesn't suit your car or your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be clean, undamaged and in its original packaging with all parts included.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Would the other size suit better? Let us know when you get in touch and we'll organise a swap.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your pod arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover any return postage.
